Orders and Shipping

Packages take 1-3 days to dispatch.

International shipping takes about 15 – 40 days, shipping to the USA takes 12 -20 days.

*All orders will be shipped with a tracking number that can be tracked online.

We ship worldwide, but unfortunately there are some countries that have legislative restrictions which do not allow us to ship to them.

To review your order status and tracking details, click on “Order Status” button located on the navigation menu. or you can track your order in our Order Status page.

You will receive an email with your order tracking details announcing that your item has been dispatched.

A glitch is our system could have occurred or you may have entered an invalid email address. Send us a message at [email protected] and we will resend the confirmation email.

Our team works extremely hard to fulfill every order as quickly as possible but occasionally there are delays and it may take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order.

After your package is shipped, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately.

Our team works extremely hard to get all orders processed and shipped within 24 hours. That would be the only timeframe you can cancel or change your order! email us ASAP at [email protected] or use our Contact us page.

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

We understand damage can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, take a picture of it and send it to [email protected] to receive an immediate full refund.

In the case of a return, your refund will be issued 3-4 days after we receive the returned item.

We only process payments through secure PayPal checkout. If you don’t have a PayPal account, no problem. You can still use Paypal’s guest checkout to pay with your Visa, Mastercard or any other major brand credit/debit card.
